I’ve had a great experience at this location. Natalie was my stylist and did a great job of cutting my hair, shampooing my hair and providing an MVP treatment. Will be going back for my next haircut.

Always a great experience thru tough times. Natalie is alway friendly and does a great job. On line Check in works well. Have gone there for many years and quite satisfied with their price and service. 6 Stars

I really wish I could give this location zero stars. No to be honest I would give it NEGATIVE STARS. So where to begin. 1st they do a bait and switch about 1st time customers getting a free haircut by not honoring the coupon on the money mailer website, calming that because of covid-19 the coupon was placed up. 2nd when speaking to the store manager Natalie and trying to explain that sports clips is EXTREMELY expensive for getting a haircut and the my experience was very underwhelming and also the haircut was subpar. She told me " You have choice where you can get a haircut maybe you should try great clips they are 11 bucks" When I pay a premium price for a product I should get a premium service. This haircut was ok for 11 bucks but I paid 22! 10 dollars more for the same haircut I could get anyplace is not worth the "experience" of watching a 5 year old baseball game on a tv for 10 minutes while I get a crappy cut. What makes them stand out at all????? Zero pride in their store brand or staff. 3rd when you try to call the national customer service line to complain, it gives you a message that the mail box is full and you can't even leave a message. I think that tells you all you need to know about what this company thinks about their customers!
